Tasting Notes
Fresh fruit dominates the nose with aromas of apple, pear, pineapple, and vanilla mixed with floral notes and a kiss of oak in the glass. The 2018 is rich and full bodied with hints of citrus and bright flavors of pear, apple, tropical fruits and peaches. The Viognier adds a floral component and contributes to the rich mouth-feel. This 2018 has nice acid balance, a little minerality and a very long finish.

Tasting Notes
This is an elegant wine with earthy aromas of cassis, plum, black cherry, vanilla, oak, chocolate and a slight cola note. In the glass there are lush flavors of cherry, cassis, blackberry and chocolate. The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon is a structured wine with firm tannins and a chewy finish that evolves with each sip.

This wine impresses red wine lovers immediately with spicy aromas of cassis, black cherry, plum, vanilla, oak and slight chocolate in the glass. Our Merlot is full bodied with big flavors of blackberry, plum, cassis and juicy red cherry. The layered flavors are well balanced with a long, textured finish.

Our Estate Pinot Noir is classically styled with balanced acidity and complex flavors. There are aromas of black and red cherry, raspberry, earthy nots, vanilla and oak. This is a soft wine with silky texture and bright fruit flavors of fresh cherry, blueberry, plum, barrel spice and a hint of vanilla. There is a long lingering finish on this lush wine.

This 2017 is a rich Zinfandel with flavors of black cherry, plum, black pepper, apricot and chocolate. The spicy finish really comes through as the wine sits in the glass, along with nuances of brown sugar and warm spices. This vintage has a nice, clean finish.

Tasting Notes
The 2016 has dark purple/red color and layered aromas of cassis, black cherry, black plum, cedar, dark chocolate, and hints of toasty oak and vanilla. This is a silky wine with flavors of cassis, dark chocolate, dark fruits, black cherry, barrel spice and cardamom. The 2016 CYRUS has smooth texture, excellent balance and a long structured finish.
