Tasting Notes
On the note, cotton, apricot, crème brûlée, fresh peach, bay leaf, chalk, brioche, wet clay, powder sugar, red Velvet cake, pear compote, orange peel. On the palate, silky entrance, round evolution lifted by integrated acidity in a balanced palate, notes of white raspberry, green strawberry, litchi, vanilla bean, finished on a hint of caramel.

Tasting Notes
On the nose, violets, blackberries, cherry pits, worn leather, match boxes, dusty soil. On the palate, boysenberry, current, anise, rose, espresso bean, elegant French oak, broad on the palate while being both balanced and powerful.

On the nose, Concentrated gooseberries, redcurrants, Mirabelle plum jam, cedar, violet candies, underbrush, cassis, coffee grinds, red velvet cake, sea salt caramels, licorice powder. On the palate, Silky, soft, round entrance, evolving on elegant tannins, notes of fresh cantaloupe, juicy pear, wild strawberry, watermelon, hint of Espelette pepper, blackberry, cherry, hint of fennel, bitter orange zest, tomato stem, ripe nectarine, grenadine, lavender, pork roast.

Tasting Notes
Complex expression with notes of dark fruits, crispy meringue, vanilla beans, underbrush, pencil shavings, almond paste, poire belle-Hélène, pipe tobacco, lavender, violets, lilacs, hyacinth, licorice, leather, hints of paprika. On the palate, Silky entrance with soft evolution carried by fine granular tannins, notes of milk chocolate, sour cream, cookie dough, bay leaf, coffee, cedar, grilled meat, camphor, toasted bread, dark cherry, blackberry jam, pomegranate.

Translucent straw yellow with a touch of lime green. Aromas of lemongrass, lime and green apples are accented by notes of orange blossoms and dry herbs. Flavors of honeydew melon and grapefruit are complemented by balanced acidity.
