Our Barolo Classico has in the glass the traditional shades of nebbiolo, its transparent red and its most garnet reflections. On the nose a ripe fruit and delicate notes of spices and licorice give a remarkable expressiveness, unique of this wine. In the mouth we have a barolo of great softness and creaminess that invites us to enjoy it immediately, but also a lot of structure and richness that prospect a considerable potential for aging.

2015 harvest offers a chromatically rich Barolo, intense red fruits, spices, licorice and balsamic nuances as a wonderful bouquet. Softness and elegance are first approaching to the palate, followed by then all of its tannic strenght with a long and folding finish.

2015 vintage is all about the elegance: Ravera is clear, sublte and delicate at the nose, where it develops ripe red fruit and withered flowers hints combined with a slight spicy note. It rolls on the palate strong and vigorous, but the beginning is sweet and its finish soft, thanks to the gentle and charming Novello’s tannin.
