Long hang times resulted in complex tannin structure and bright acidity. Our Chardonnay is has bright aromas and flavors of juicy white peach and citrus, with a hint of almond on the finish.

94% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Syrah, 2% Merlot, 1% Petite Sirah
Tasting Notes
Long hang times resulted in complex tannin structure and bright acidity. This California Cabernet Sauvignon is filled with bold flavors of dark cherry, rhubarb, blackberry and toasty vanilla oak. Its medium bodied palate offers a pleasant texture with supple tannins on the finish.

Composition
93% Merlot, 7% Petite Sirah
Tasting Notes
Long hang times resulted in complex tannin structure and bright acidity. Our Merlot is medium to full bodied with lingering flavors of chocolate, black fruit and bold, tart raspberries. The finish is dry, yet filled with fresh fruits.
