The deep ruby color displays beautiful garnet reflections. Delicate and persistent aromas of spices and ripe red fruits run through the entire tasting. They permeate a soft and round palate, supported by quality tannins. It is harmonious and expresses all the generosity of its terroir.

Tasting Notes
This 2016 offers all the elegance and refinement of great Bordeaux wines. Its purple color with barely tinted reflections continues with a very expressive nose with notes of undergrowth, leather and blackcurrant. On the palate, it is ample and fleshy with silky tannins polished by patient aging in the bottle.

A nice dark garnet red color with lights showing the richness of this exceptional vintage. It is a crisp and sappy wine which offers sweetness and richness on the palate The Cabernets add the necessary freshness to enhance the pleasant tannins of the Merlots.

Tasting Notes
The Merlot were magnificent, aromatic and beautifully ripe. The Cabernet Sauvignon and the Petit Verdot followed, and were just as promising. The relatively high alcoholic content of this vintage is balanced out by a dense tannic structure without any rustic notes, thanks to perfect phenolic maturity of the pips and skins.

A generous nose of small berried fruits, cherry, floral notes and mild spice. The invigorating, chiselled and airy palate lacks neither roundness nor volume while offering great freshness and outstanding minerality.

Tasting Notes
To start with the brooding red hue with deep purple tints is a sign of great richness. Next, the bouquet is a wonderful combination of notes of blackberry and blackcurrant with mild spice and the fragrance of the surrounding garrigue. Lastly the palate has just the right amount of richness whithout excessive extract, and a creamy texture enveloping balanced tannins.
