Crisp, bright, and vivacious, CB+V 2020 is an aromatic white blend boasting a bouquet of honeysuckle, lemon lime, yuzu, and ginger spice. The entry is both crisp and clean, exhibiting refreshing acidity and roundness, opening to flavors of lemon curd, fig, honeysuckle, lemongrass, and ripe melon. This delicious wine has vicsocity in the mid-palate and finishes clean and long with a lingering hint of honeydew melon.

Tension between richness and acidity. Lemon zest and bright apple aromas give lift to mango, white peach, and toast. The palate follows with lemon curd, white peach, Bartlett pear, and hints of graham cracker and nutmeg. This wine is round, silky, and viscous, showing good weight with zesty acidity that carries freshness and provides added dimension. Enjoyably broad and expansive on the palate with a long, lemony finish.

Optimal conditions for fermentation and barrel aging produced a dark ruby wine with inviting aromas of cinnamon, blueberry, blackberry, vanilla, and cedar. A juicy mid-palate shows flavors of cherry and layers of texture. The natural sweetness of the fruit balances the bright acidity and follows through to the lingering coffee and vanilla cream-laced finish.
