Opens with aromas of caramelized pineapple, dried orange peel, ginger, and toffee, enhanced by notes of lemon curd, honey and brioche. The elegant and lingering palate delivers elements of baked apple, orange and pineapple upside down cake, layered with flavors of white peach and graham cracker on the finish.

61% Chardonnay, 39% Pinot Noir

Tasting Notes
This Mirabelle Brut has generous fruitful aromas of green apple, peach, apricot and pear, followed by nuances of lemon-lime and vanilla. In the mouth, there are flavors of baked apple, Meyer lemon, ginger and crème brûlée. The palate is crisp on entry with a tangy finish.

58% Pinot Noir, 42% Chardonnay

Tasting Notes
The Mirabelle Rosé has generous aromas of strawberry, raspberry, kumquat and rhubarb. Notes of apricot, red plum, shortbread and cinnamon delicately join the bursting flavors of red apple and watermelon on the palate. Juicy on entry, this Rosés bright acidity leads to a long, lingering finish.
